A made from scratch, family owned bakery featuring southern recipes. What does homemade mean to you? Is it something you cook, make for your family or is it the quality time spent with family during special holidays with the fresh-baked aroma coming from the kitchen that builds memories? Well, for me, it is thinking outside the cake box! When I established this homemade baking business in 2010, it was with the vision that of every delicious sweet treat would be created from scratch, mainly because of my own memories in the kitchen of cooking with family. I come from a very big family and this is part of my heritage where we make mostly everything from scratch. Never in a million years did I imagine how much fun this journey would be baking for my family, friends, neighborhood, community, various events, etc. It’s always cake ‘o clock somewhere!

For those wondering, “What is baked from scratch?” I’m glad you asked. When I say baked from scratch I mean that I use authentic ingredients from start to finish. For example; I make buttercream and cream cheese frostings with real butter in our custom cakes, cheesecakes, pies, cobblers, etc. all made completely from scratch with the best authentic ingredients. A sweet experience in every bite.
